Responsibility
● Responsible for robotics project hardware product programme design, detailed design, complete component selection, schematic and PCB Layout and other design work; ● Responsible for BOM preparation, follow up SMT progress, participate in board level, whole machine test and product reliability test, as well as transfer and support to production; ● Write design documents following the R&D process to ensure the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of the documents; ● Participate in relevant reviews according to the R&D process and complete DFMEA, review reports and records; ● Participate in hardware cost reduction, compatibility substitution, material preparation, etc., and solve product hardware related supply chain issues; ● Completing single board EMC test and assisting product certification related work.
Requirement
● Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Automation related majors, 3~5 years of hardware design experience; ● Solid hardware foundation, familiar with common communication interfaces (USB, CAN, UART, SPI, IIC, etc.) and embedded systems (ARM, DSP platform); ● Experience in independent design of mass production single board, strong problem solving ability, good logical and analytical thinking and judgement ability; ● Familiar with EMC design, reliability design, DFMA design, and able to incorporate this part of the requirements in the programme design stage; ● Proficiency in common hardware EDA design tools, such as PADS, Cadence, Altium Designer and other tools, and proficiency in the use of common test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers; ● Familiar with ISO26262, V-type R&D process system and TS16949 quality management system; ● Strong analytical and problem solving skills; proactive in advancing work (non-mechanical work), strong sense of teamwork and achieving business goals, undaunted by difficulties, and strong stress resistance; sincere and responsible, with a sense of motivation and self-learning and growth; ● Committed to long-term development in the field of robotics; experience in UAV, automotive electronics, robotics design is preferred.
